I was born in Santa Rosa, moved to Sonoma when I was Five years old and have lived here ever since. I began my dental career in 2002 as a Dental Assistant and eventually took the State Board Exam to earn my Registered Dental Assistant License. I loved working as an RDA but wanted to further my dental education so I decided to go to Dental Hygiene School. I graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College Dental Hygiene program in 2011. I love getting to know my patients on a personal level as well as educating them on the importance of good oral hygiene. When I'm not working, I am spending most of my time with my family. I have three kids that keep me very busy.
I moved to Sonoma in 2001 after getting married and wanting to raise our family in this beautiful town. Working as a dental hygienist in Sonoma for the past 24 years has given me the honor of providing dental hygiene care and education for many Sonoma locals. I joined Broadway Dental in 2023. Dr. Forstadt, staff and patients welcomed me with open arms. I enjoy working with our group of talented and compassionate dental professionals.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our son.
I was born and grew up in Chico. One afternoon in high school, I responded to a random request from a local dentist for a student intern. I was instantly hooked! Over three decades later, I still enjoy dentistry and am constantly learning and evolving.
Our family moved to Sonoma and I began working for Dr. Kristin in 1983. Living in Sonoma has given me the wonderful opportunity to know most of our patients- both inside and outside of work! Both my son and daughter grew up in Sonoma and I keep busy with my seven grandchildren.
I take pride in always perfecting my technical skills, from custom temporaries to challenging x-rays. I have the freedom to advocate for our patients... they are always our first priority!
When I am not working, I enjoy gardening, going to the gym, and watching my grand kids' sports from baseball and football to gymnastics... and of course watching the Warriors!
I was born and raised in Sonoma and have been working in this wonderful office since 1988 when I graduated from high school. I have been Dr. Julie's primary assistant since 2001. My favorite part about being in the Dental field is seeing someone get their smile back. No matter how big or small the procedure could be, seeing our patients light up and grin from ear to ear is the best reward I could get. Working in this office has definitely given my many years of rewarding smiles.
When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, who have grown up in this office and consider everyone family. We enjoy watching movies, playing games, listening to music and going to the occasional Sharks or Giants games.
I couldn't imagine working anywhere else!
I started in dentistry in the 1970's working part time after high school for my friends dad. It led me into a 2 year dental assistant program at the College of Marin. There I received my RDA and CDA licenses. I've worked in many offices, but I have never had the experience of working with such wonderful colleagues/co workers as we have in Dr. Forstadt's office. The compassionate care and high standers of this practice have me so excited to spread the word to my home town of Sonoma. When I'm not answering the phones and scheduling patients, I enjoy daily walks with my dog, reading and spending time with my large family.
I am a Sonoma Native who has been in the Dental Field since the year 2000. I started my career as a Registered Dental Assistant and found that helping patients understand their treatment needs and financial options was my true calling. I finished my Bachelor's degree in Business in 2010 while raising three beautiful daughters. My favorite part of my job is building relationships with our patients that become lifelong friendships.
When I am not working i enjoy knitting, reading and playing with my dog Rusty.
